Mardom Nama-e Bakhter is a scientific and research journal published
every six months that
covers the fields of history, geography, anthropology, culture and
environment. The focus is on the ancient Bakhterian land, covering
today's Afghanistan and Tadjikistan, as well as many parts of
Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Iran. It is intended for a multi-disciplinary and international readership, therefore all manuscripts should be written clearly and simply. Contributions can be in Persian (Dari, Farsi and Tadjiki), Pashto or English. Space is limited, so brevity of articles is highly valued. The length of published contributions are contingent on the editors according to the importance of the subject. Manuscripts in diskette form should be sent with a hard print copy.
